These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website https://www.pamperedbeautyllc.com and the services provided by Pampered Beauty LLC ("Pampered Beauty," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Pampered Beauty LLC is a licensed esthetics studio located at 2811 W. Agua Fria Fwy, Suite 18, Phoenix, AZ 85027. We provide facials, chemical peels, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and retail skincare products.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be booked through our website, our online booking system, by phone, or by text.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 5 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled less than 5 hours beforehand, or you do not show up at your appointment time, a fee of 100% of the service price will be applied to your account balance. You may be required to settle that balance before booking a new appointment. If you are a member and you no show or cancel less than 5 hours beforehand, a membership credit will be deducted from your account.

Please arrive on time. Arriving late may shorten your treatment so that following clients are not delayed.

3. Services and Results

Our services are cosmetic. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Individual results vary. We make no guarantee that any treatment will produce a specific result.

You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, recent treatments, or medical conditions that could affect your service. Some treatments require a patch test or a waiting period after other procedures. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under the care of a physician for a skin condition, please tell us before booking.

Clients under the age of 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Memberships

Memberships are billed on a rolling four week cycle and charged monthly. You may cancel your membership at any time by texting us at (602) 803-3474. Membership benefits apply from the date of enrollment and are not transferable.

5. Text Messaging Terms

Program description. Pampered Beauty LLC sends text messages including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices, replies to service inquiries, and promotional offers about memberships, seasonal specials, and new services.

Consent. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign up form, our lead forms, or our in studio client intake form, you agree to receive text messages from Pampered Beauty LLC at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opting out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.pamperedbeautyllc.com/privacy-policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change. The price quoted or displayed at the time of booking applies to that appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers are subject to any terms stated at the time of purchase or issue. Promotional offers may not be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.

8. Website Content

The content on this website, including text, images, and our business name and logo, belongs to Pampered Beauty LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pampered Beauty LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
